When is the closing fee triggered?

The 1.5% closing fee is charged on completed assignments — when title transfers and funds close. There is no fee for entering contracts, prospecting, or outreach.

Can I edit the assignment fee percentage?

Yes. The default is 1.5%, but you can adjust it per contract. The fee is calculated and displayed in the contract summary before submission.
